The team members at Webspec Design strive to put their best work forward for every client, and as part of the 14th Annual Horizon Interactive Awards Competition, this work has been noted as among the best in the world by an international panel of judges consisting of industry professionals with diverse backgrounds.
What are the Horizon Interactive Awards?
The Horizon Interactive Awards were created to recognize excellence in interactive media production around the world. In its 14th year, the international competition saw over 1,100 entries from 21 countries around world. Entries are narrowed down to the “best of the best” to be recognized on an international stage for their excellence. Judging is done by a blend of the Horizon Interactive Awards’ advisory panel, an end user panel, and an international panel of industry professionals. Winning entries have been dubbed the “best of the best” in the interactive media industry.
Webspec submitted three websites for consideration in the 2015 Horizon Interactive Awards Competition, and all three entries placed in their respective categories.

This website redesign and development for a local law firm earned “Best in Category” for Websites – Legal.
Hatch & Kirk, Inc.: Website Redesign & Development
Our work with Hatch & Kirk, Inc. to develop an engaging, modern website design captured a Gold designation in Websites – Corporate & B2B.
Caucus 101: Website Redesign & Development
Webspec’s work with the Iowa Secretary of State’s office on an online home for classroom curriculum earned a Silver designation in Websites – Government Agency.
In addition to individual website awards, Webspec Design was named a 2015 Distinguished Agency/Developer for the quality, consistency, and depth of work recognized in the 14th annual competition.
