Located in both the Des Moines and North Liberty areas, Enrichment Therapy & Learning Center uses a tailored, research-proven approach to assist families and give children the opportunity to reach their social and academic potential. By providing one-on-one support and developing individualized plans, their services help children of all ages improve their communication skills and thrive in school.

From reading and writing to speech and language, ETLC is a bridge to success for many families and students in Iowa. Their expansion as a business has been steady, but they were looking to promote their services further and reach a broader audience.

The Challenge

Right from the beginning, the Enrichment Therapy & Learning Center team made it clear that they wanted a true partner when it came to their digital marketing efforts. Having a close relationship with the people completing the work was very important to them so collaboration was key.

One of the biggest challenges ETLC faced was a lack of visibility in search results and not reaching their target number of monthly intakes. Together, we identified what areas of the website had room for improvement and how we were going to incorporate paid advertising channels.

The Summary of Solutions

Along with the Enrichment Therapy & Learning Center team, we devised a plan to accomplish their goals. Here is what we focused on:

  • Refining and optimizing the existing Google Ads campaign
  • Running monthly Social Media ads for lead generation and brand awareness
  • Assisting with their content marketing efforts
  • Collaborating on website optimizations
  • Building out several new service pages

The Results

Compared to 2022, traffic to their website in 2023 increased by over 120%. On top of that, the number of active users has doubled while the average length of a session increased to 2 minutes and 30 seconds. 

Activity on paid advertising channels has seen similar success. The click-through rate on ETLC’s Google ads has increased by almost 50% and the number of conversions nearly doubled. Through ads on social media, ETLC now reaches an average of 40K users per month and made 1.5 million total impressions in 2023.

Our ongoing efforts have resulted in tremendous growth overall allowing Enrichment Therapy to connect with a wide range of users and make a positive impact on many.
