They rely heavily on internal communication to ensure that their employees are aware of upcoming events and new safety protocols, so we started a monthly employee newsletter to keep everyone in the loop.
The Challenge
Since many of Jordison’s employees work primarily at various construction sites, it can be difficult to provide up-to-date information about construction project deadlines and policies. To complicate the situation further, English is not the primary language for many of their employees so translation is a necessary extra step for effective email communication. To avoid project delays and overruns, Jordison needed a reliable monthly newsletter to communicate with their employees.

After implementing our modifications to their monthly newsletter, Jordison employees are far more likely to open and read the content within. This, in-turn, has led to greater attendance at company meetings and better awareness of schedule changes and updates for Jordison’s numerous projects. Though purely anecdotal, Jordison expects increased morale and safety among employees due to better communication and recognition of employee contributions.
